Hancock Studios is located in the West Kensington neighborhood. Just a few blocks from 'El Centro Del Oro', the studios are right off of busy Lehigh Avenue on North Hancock Street, with easy access to 2nd Street, North American Street, and Allegheney Avenue. Just 10 minutes to Fishtown & Northern Liberties, and 15 minutes to Center City.

TENANT HIGHLIGHT: @phillypodcastspace has taken advantage of all the exposed brick and hardwood in this large studio space on our 3rd floor. The attention to detail makes this a great space to host your podcast!

This unit is 700 square feet, and could be joined with the adjacent 2-story unit for an even bigger space. One of the best parts of our building is the unique features left by its industrial heritage, like this large steel pulley. All studios also feature original timber and brick dating back to the late 1800s.

Another interesting look at the industrial history of our building. Originally a textile mill, the company refocused on producing machinery for other industries. While there's no longer stables on site to house your horse, we do have a parking lot for your car!

Originally built as Somerset Carpet Mills in 1883, this building will soon have a new life as commercial office spaces and artist studios. All the original brick structures shown in pink are still standing, with some later additions also getting a great renovation.
